OBJECTIVE

Being in an industry where brand image determines the outcome of your success, it was crucial for Rita Bridal to obtain a website that corresponds with their high-end services. Rita Bridal approached BuzzenDigital with the objective of revamping their current website in addition to their social media, to better portray their brand image.

1. Website Design & Revamp

Rita Bridal had two main targets which needed to be captured. First, those who were recently engaged but had not set a date for their wedding. Second, those who had a set date for their wedding. Our goal was to push the first audience from the middle of the funnel towards the bottom. We accomplished this by encouraging while creating excitement around the previous works that Rita Bridal had completed. As for the second audience who were already at the bottom of the funnel, we ensured that the services and features were stated in the most transparent manner by writing detailed descriptions.

2. Social Media

The audience on social media were typically those placed at the top of Rita Bridal’s funnel which meant that encouragement and excitement were necessary in order to capture leads. An additional factor of social proof was also paramount in achieving success. BuzzenDigital began by reaching out and building relationships with credible wedding photographers, event planners, and bridal make up artists. Mutual relationships were made on advertising Rita Bridal in exchange for the usage of Rita Bridal’s resources such as their studio and dresses for photoshoots. The results were just as expected. Engagements on Instagram spiked while monthly visitors on Pinterest skyrocketed to 110K.
